As a LIFT Ireland partner you are making a commitment to raise the level of leadership both in your organisation and nationwide. When you sign up as a partner, a LIFT Ireland representative will formally induct selected members of your team on rolling out LIFT’s leadership value training. The 8 week programme can be repeated throughout the year so your organisation can Live LIFT.

As a LIFT Ireland Partner, you:

• Build a team of strong leaders that live the leadership values of honesty and integrity, competence, accountability, positive attitude, listening, dedication and determination, empathy and understanding, accountability, and respect.
• Receive training, educational materials, and expert support that will help you to build a culture of positive leadership within your company.
• Build a common language across your organisation that will help all members to not tolerate poor behaviour and raise standards.
• Be invited to all LIFT Ireland events, initiatives and executive leadership briefings.
• Join a network of organisations and individuals integral to our mission of driving positive leadership change in Ireland. Your contribution assists us in growing LIFT nationwide. LIFT Ireland can then bring the roundtable process, training and materials to charities and schools across Ireland with the overall goal of directly impacting 10% of the island’s population within ten years.
